Dissertation defense day

No, not my dissertation, someone else’s.  So I’m off to do my day job, and attack a dissertation so that its author can defend it.  I’ll be back tomorrow, and in the meantime, let me be the ten-thousandth lefty blogger to bring this remarkable, painstaking piece of work to your attention.

And about Paul Krugman’s column on Michael Moore, I am of two minds.  Which two?  I’ll tell you later.
